AIP was the lead consultant in several projects, done for ICRISAT - an organization working on sustainable ecological farming in Africa and India. 

In Benin, the project was implemented in Dunkassa and Bessassi.

Project concept: This project was initiated in order  to empower women in that area to be financially independent by growing and selling their own vegetables. A solar powered, low pressure, drip irrigation system was chosen to achieve this goal.
