GKFS 'Model Farm'

2015

The 'model farm' spans over 4,000 hectares and includes open fields, tunnels, and a logistic center. AIP Ltd. Is the head design office responsible for the detailed design of the farms' water supply systems and irrigation systems. Our design initiated at early 2014 and the model farm is expected to be completed by the end of 2016.

As the main design office of such complex project, we work in coordination with leading civil engineering offices who are responsible for the planning of drainage and soil conservation, Tilt channels, weirs and concrete structures, reservoirs and other facilities.

AIP Ltd. Is in charge of the detailed design of the pumping system and water treatment system, the entire pipeline and all irrigation systems.

The farm is planned to be irrigated from two different intakes, supplying water to two separate water systems.

The detailed design of intake B is completed and is already being implemented on site.
The detailed design of intake A is expected to be completed by mid 2016.
