About the project
Project concept: New neighborhood in the outskirts of the city Kintele.
1000 housing units were built according to three optional models industrially constructed. AIP Ltd was part of the infrastructure designing team as the water and sewage designers and consultants.
As part of the design mission AIP Ltd was responsible for the water and sewage master plan and for the technical details of the house connections to the water and sewage network system. The different models required different connection details.
During the works a massive explosion occurred in the center of the capital city – Brazzaville. This incident caused many citizens to become homeless and required to speed up the work in order to provide habitation to those who are in need.
Many changes were made to the original plan of the project and our design team worked in full cooperation with the expanded team to meet the demands and the new schedule.
